I'm not able to track my device anymore and they've told me that the repair is complete and the next last two steps is sending back and getting delivered to me. From that stage onwards. I can't track my device using any job number or ticket number because this b2x tracking site is not reachable so that they are saying that I have to contact B2X technical team and I couldn't do that.
