My new google pixel 7pro was over heating, during a star gazing trip, weather was foggy. Next day the phone started forming moisture in the lens . I contacted google support explained the issue and asked for a replacement . I had tried reaching flipkart for a replacement in the 1st week of purchase they dint have option and asked me to go to google support .
Google service arranged for pickup from B2x, it was sent to mumbai . I wanted a replacement not a repair that is what i have been saying. the phone clearly is a faulty piece.
B2X broke open the phone and has done disruptive diagonsis dismantling the phone. it was a very good working phone except for moisture in camera lens on heating . They did disruptive diagonisis and sent me a bill of 58K saying there is liquid damage in the phone . The phne was never dropped into water . I rejected the quote, B2X shipped back a broken phone. The display is not fixed, has 2 lines... not sure they shipped back genuine parts of my new phone also . The phone is not in a usable state, i feel cheated for choosing a premimum brand like good and for the pathetic experience. I suffient number of mails and pics to support my claim.
I reached to google support many times, they have been saying same things and no resolution as such. Clearly google has sent me a faulty phone which may have failed QC, the phone should not hav allowed liquid with variation in temparature. Was this information helpful? |
