My Google Pixel 4a phone screen got cracked on Feb 15th '23 and paid more than Rs. 10, 000 for repair/replacement - #GL0155287 #JOB211410.
By April end, the screen started developing ink kind of blotches on the screen and within 3-4 days, the entire screen was almost opaque black. They didn't respond to my queries sent to googlepixel.[protected]@b2x.com. No helpline number also given.
So, I raised a support request again on May 13th and paid 850 for diagnosis like previous and couriered my phone - #GL0159926 #JOB217527. Diagnosis had begun a week later. But no update and responses to my queries since then.
Now, I can't even reach their site (https://googlepixel-support.b2x.com/) with no one contact for support as well!
