I purchased baggit bag from Connaught place ( Delhi ) on 30% discount. When I opened it up, seen the skin was peeling from the handles, when i went for exchange defective purse with new fresh purse ( even ready to pay for fresh one), they refused to exchange it.
However after this experience i don't think i will ever buy a baggit bag again. I would rather buy another brand which gives me the comfort of a return policy irrespective of sale.
Since i will definitely not be using the bag i bought (Will have to think of somebody whom i can gift), i will have to buy another bag for my use, definitely not baggit. I am done with baggit. Was this information helpful? |
