[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Bajaj allianz picked up my, 51" samsung tv 2 months ago. Not returned yet. | |||
I had purchased a bajaj allianz extended warranty (Policy no og[protected] along with my 51" samsung plasma tv in 2014, worth rs 76500/-. Recently due to a problem with the display, i raised a claim (Claim no oc[protected] with bajaj allianz in mid-august. Their affiliate in mumbai, best electronics (Sher-e-punjab, andheri east) picked up the tv on 30th august 2016. Since then they have never contacted me for an update on the fix for the tv. I have constantly followed up on the status and they always gave me the same answer that the replacement panel is awaited from the company. It has been almost 2 months since they have picked up my tv and there has been no resolution yet. For the last 2 weeks, they have even stopped replying to my phone calls. This is not just frustrating but also very alarming as i am not sure whether they will every return my tv. I have sent numerous emails to bajaj allianz customer care ([protected]@bajajallianz.co.in) also but have not received any response from them.
