Bajaj finserv customerid 81815320 Ok so myfirst tv had a manufacture defect.. Lg sent new one.. I realized this might be an issue as the serial number changed.. I begged bajaj finserv guys to change the serial number in my insurance policy continously after say 3 months it is done.. Come forward.. My smart tv remote is not working they are now saying the model number of my tv which seems to be a code on insurance paper is wrong and they cannot do anythong untill it is changed and my guess it would be a big lengthy process I asked them it is something your team has written.. They are saying it might be a mistake. Now the question how come you have been deducting money for insurance for a wrong code.. When you take money these all things does not matter when they try to settle a claim there seems to be a team of experts who try their best to cancel claims. Avoid this company.. Take amc from the manufacturers.. Shockingly when i asked the executive who visited my home initiallyon on how much time it may take to get my remote replaced.. He said it depends may take 15-20 days... Means for all these days i will listen to radio on my mobile phone. Ohh forgot it takes atleast 10mins for you to get connected to their executive Was this information helpful? | |||||
