Hi.. I have purchase bajaj allianz health with proposal no[protected] for product-8430-health guard (Floater), one of bajaj allianz employee give me false information for policy, when we raise query they confirm ur policy will be cancelled within 1-2 hrs, however it goes to be 10-12 days, now he is not responding my call.

Please refund the my payments, and cease charging my bank account for payments.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope you will consider this request and put it into effect as soon as possible. Awaiting your reply.

I have written more than dozen mails to various Depts as advised from time to time by calling through toll free numbers and customer care nos with no response.

Hard Copies of all documents along with cancelled cheque couriered via Blue Dart/DHL on 22.03.2017 and received at Bajaj Alliance Pune office on 23.03.2017.
