Hi sir This is Avinash singh and i am working as manager in vap travels I met with an accident few days earlier and my car was brok down. The survey was done after five days when i have given my car in the work shop of the Datson Nissan Workshop . Three days before i have recieved a call from your executive his name was Ravinder and he told me that we are not able to give you the insurance for right hand side because the scratches are not fresh and i have told him that you are doing survey after five days how you will be able to get the fresh scratches. I have all the call recordings where the manager of the datson has told me its raining so that is why he is not able to come today and he has given me excuses for the five days. And the day when survey was done the agent came with different story so sir please help me with this My car no is Hr26 6548 and its datson go plus my mobile number is [protected] the car is given in udyog vihar work shop in Gurgaon i have zero depreciation Please do the need full other vise i will go to the legal court Regards Avinash singh Was this information helpful? | |||||
