Bajaj Allianz — Delay in providing services by BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE

Dear Sir/ma'am

I have filed the complaint regarding non-functioning of my voltas split ac on 29-May-2016 to BAJAJ ALLIANZ. It was communicated to me that the engineer will visit my premises on Monday (30-May-2016) and probably if there is any replacement of part required then maximum it will take Tuesday (31-May-2016) to resolve it. But in reality the engineer visited on Wednesday (01-June-2016) and now engineer is saying that it will take another 4 days to replace the fan motor of the outdoor unit.
Why there is so much delay? In peak season of summer I am not able to use the ac. If it will take 1 week to resolve the issue then why i purchased the policy and also Rs. 500/- deductible charges paid by me which was earlier not mentioned to me. Since I have paid the charges I request you to kindly look into the matter. It could have been better if i get my air conditioner repaired from some private shop. There is no benefit buying the insurance policy from BAJAJ ALLIANZ neither would I ever again buy such policy from BAJAJ ALLIANZ.
