[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Denied the insurance claim | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that my insurance company bajaj insurance is denying to provide me the full benefit of my car insurance policy.i have given my car for the claim process at Mayapuri Magic Auto, first of all the survey agent did not done survey on time and when he did he did not inform me via call that he had done the survey and what all they are paying for. I called the body shop guy to know what is the status of the my car insurance they told the servery has done the survey and he denied giving the insurance for the front and back bumper. I called the servery (named Hemant Kumar) to know why he denied for this, i explain him about the accident that occurred he promised me that he will call back but he did not. Also he did not mention why he denied for the claim he just said the incident was not happen without knowing what has actually happens. I am still calling him but no reply from the Agent .
