I locked the samsung tv complaint in bajaj allianz general insurance company as i have an extended warranty with them. I was asked to share the pan and aadhaar copy. While asking, i was told it is mandatory to provide pan and aadhaar copy every time whenever i locks the ticket otherwise my query will not be entertained. Now my question is when both the documents are already updated at the time of warranty, then why again and again? They cancelled my ticket without any intimation due to non-submission of the documents. Despite calling many times in the customer care, marking emails to the management also, no one revert back and irda was also not shared with me.
