[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — ecs debit even after closure of the policy

I am gangadhar kavuri with product: bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha and policy no: [protected].
However owing to negative returns (Blame myself for falling prey to false promises made at the time of taking the policy 7 years ago) i closed the policy in the month of december 2017 and the amount was paid back to me in january 2018. However, again in february 2018 ecs was run and amount of 1500/- was debited.

I had contacted citibank already where they asked me to send the details to bajaj allianz office in chennai which was also done but still ecs doesn't seem to end.

Please resolve the issue.

Dear Bajaj Team,

It's been a while that i provided my contact information but have no response from the team.
On top of this, today I receive an email stating "Renewal Payment Confirmation" for my policy when I had closed my policy.

This is totally unacceptable. Please take a look into this ASAP.

My insurance ploicy number is OG[protected]-00014903 its an car insurence policy while purchasing the policy they said i have cashless policy with torque automotive pvt ltd as my car went for insurence to torque automotive pvt ltd they said we dont have cashless policy with bajaj allianz plz help me with this thanku
