I have raised a request for my samsung led 32" on 14 sep 2016 complaint id oc[protected] I am following up on this case every day but no one is helping me out i am totally pissed off with the service.. Its been more than 25 days and issue is still not resolved. When ever i call the customer care they are not ready to help.. Can some one please help me out regarding this issue.
