[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — fake promise by customer care- policy copy not received by email

Hi Bajaj Allianz Team,

Today i called to customer care today and asked to Email me a copy of my Insurance policy. They said on call that they have sent it on my Email but i did not received that even after 8 hours of the call. Please help me, i need my duplicate copy of policy urgently.
My policy number is OG[protected]-00008733
