[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Life insurance policy | |||
Sir, My life insurance policy no - [protected], for a sum of rs 50, 000 matured on the 9th of march 2017. The company, bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd - sent me a letter, stating i should submit the original policy, along with an ecs form duly signed, with the details required. As advised, i took all the papers to the bombay branch - oriental building, fort, mumbai 400001 on april 24 2017. The person in charge refused to accept my policy documents, telling me the matter was under scrutiny, and that he was in position to accept anything from me. He gave me a helpline number - which i was supposed to call and make the claim, since my refund was long overdue. I made that call - and i was told a call back would be given to me within some time. I got no call for the same. Even after 24 hours. I wrote them mails - more than 1 - asking them to explain the reason why my money was not being refunded to me? Although i got an automated reply telling me the mail was received, i did not get any reply from the team concerned. Even after 24 hours - and several calls and mails. I have called the following numbers - pleading them to give me some explanation - some time limit - some reason explaining their behavior. There has been not a single response from them inspite of many promises being made to me. I have called on the following numbers - [protected] [protected] [protected] And finally,[protected] All the numbers promised me call back by the end of the day. Not one person had got back to me at all. Sir - to this date i have not seen any company behave like this with its customers - Most companies would have credited the money into my bank account without even asking for any documents. Most calls are not answered - not a single e mail has been given a response - And my original documents wont be accepted. This money is important to me sir - as it is hard earned. I have paid my premium on time - and i expect the refund to come to me on time. I can understand a delay of about 10 to 15 days, but this is more than a 50 day delay. If it is a scrutiny it should not be taking that long - and i need a written correspondence for the same - it is the least they can do for me. I plead you to look into this matter at the earliest.
