[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Non receipt of motor insurance policy document | |||||
I had renewed my motor insurance with the cover note DY[protected] from Bajaj Allianze. Vehicle No.-DL12CA6721 Car Make- Mahindra Scorpio Engine No.-SJE4M22302 Chasis No.-MA1TA2SJXF2A11956 Name of the Owner- Mrs.Marlyne Kiron Bara The insurance has presently expired and i have still not obtained the soft copy or the hard copy or any confirmation of the policy being renewed. I have provided a cheque of Rs.25557/- dt 18/01/2016 favouring Bajaj Allianze which was debited to my account on 20.01.2016. The earlier policy was with ICICI with no.3001/98985129/00/000 . The policy has already expired ON 22.01.2016. Please update as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved the company issued the policy after a little delay on 3rd feb 2016 and then send the hard copy by courier.
all in all they promptly addressed the situation and resolved it at the earliest.
