[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — policy document not giving but payment deducted | |||||
Dear sir, i had a insurance policy for my car maruti ritz uk07 ar 5300 with bajaj allianz and due date is pending on today 23rd aug'17. I had made a payment of rs. 6017 on 22nd aug'17 through online for policy renewal. But yet to received the policy document. Talk many times to customer care and their branch but nobody is able to provide solution although they are agreeing that amount has been received. Now i don't have the clarity for the policy and where is the problem. Without insurance i can't drive and i don't have any clarity when i will get the same. I need full refund of my amount.
