[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — refund of excess payment | |||
Policy no. Og[protected]-00001015 was due in 17 sept 2017 - health insurance. Against the above policy, bajaj allianz's representative mr. Vinod singh (M. No.[protected] has collected 2 years renewal premium from me in the 1st week of sept 2017 and renewed my policy only for one year. The duly renewed policy i received in my hand in the mid of december. Since then i am following up with mr. Vinod as well as rakhee rajan renewal channel - mumbai, (Contact no:[protected], but their standard reply is its in process. I would like to know will i ever get refund of my excess payment or it will be in process for ever. I will never ever make a mistake of continuing my health insurance policy with bajaj in future. I had availed a loan through bajaj finance but after that I have been continuously getting recorded calls through out the day for the past so many months which has Become a nuisance. Please request you to look into this matter and take necessary steps to stop this. Thanks and waiting for a positive result
