This is regarding Bajaj Allianz Insurance Policy No. [protected] in name of Mrs. Savitri Devi. We have purchased this policy on March 2011 and maturity date was March 2016. In spite of repeated visits to their Jaunpur office and regular follow up, we have not been able to get our cheque for maturity proceeds of our above policy. Kindly help us on this.
