[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Regarding surrender of bajaj allianz sarva shakti suraksha policy no.[protected] | |||||
I have taken bajaj allianz policy (Policy no. [protected]) on[protected] with monthly premium of rs 1500/-, through citi bank. I have submitted the surrender request on vadodara branch on[protected]. The branch person told me that i will receive approx. Rs 69000/-with in 15 days also he gave me the surrender receipt. After 15 days when i called customer care that i didn't receive my policy surrender amount. They gave me surprise that your policy is still active. Since you have taken this policy through citi bank and if you want to surrender this policy you have to submit this documents to "mr. K suresh, tata consultancy services, insurance operation, tek tower, 7th floor, 11 rajiv gandhi salai old mahabalipuram road, okkiam thoraipakkam, chennai -600097 I went to branch on[protected] and explain them what customer care person told me and we have couriered policy document to above said address on same day through maruti air courier (Doc. No. :[protected] and from baroda courier was reach to maruti courier chennai branch on[protected]. From chennai maruti have offload the task to st courier service (Doc no.: [protected]). The document was delivered to destination on[protected]. But no confirmation is given to me by chennai branch of from bajaj allianz customer care office that your documents are received. Also customer care person told me that after your documents will reach to chennai they will approve your surrender and sent the documents to bajaj office. And after receipt of documents from tata office. We will do our procedure this whole procedure will take 30 days. I don't understand i have taken policy from bajaj and not from tata or citi bank, then why they are involving them into this procedure and 30 days is very long time and how to count this 30 days. Also in master policy no where this surrender time period and procedure was mentioned. They only said that policy can be surrender at any branch. The procedure was not written anywhere in master policy. And not explained to me by any person of citi bank or bajaj I am totally frustrated now almost one month i am trying to get my hard earned money, and still they are saying 30 more days. Also no confirmation regarding documents receipt status was given. This is pure bluff. Today[protected] when i called bajaj allianz customer care they still says policy is active Please give me my money back. I don't wont your policy any more. Was this information helpful? | |||||
