[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — very talented cheaters | |||
Balic have detected 3 time premium in the month of september from my citi account, i asked the customer care to refund my money then they are telling me to send a mail to customer care with list of documents and one cancelled cheque as well. Such a stupid process to irritate customers by suggesting nonsense things to do to get my money back. I am going to change my salary account from citi due to this reason because only citi agent introduced me balic at the time of joining before 5 years. Was this information helpful? | |||
