[Resolved] Bajaj Electrical Ltd — Repairing problem in warranty period. | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased one water heater Bajaj MJ6 Ltr Majasty Plus on 12.10 2014 from Great Eastern Trading Company Sr. No. of the product[protected] GC Sl. No. / Code No. 2154073 & it is under warranty period for 2 years & Extended warranty of Copper tank for 5 years. I have complaint bajaj Customer care on 21.06.2016 vide Ref no.[protected] for water lickage from the water heater . Today 22.06.2016 their Service Engineer has came & check the water heater & told me send the water heater to their Service Center at Nager Bazar, Dum Dum (Address provide to me) after repair it will collect my self means its customer responsibility .See I am leaving at Dunlop, Kolkata 700108 & Nager Bazar distance near about 15 K.M. from my residence. As per company policy they can't take from my residence . Please see it is under warranty ... I don't understand how your Engineer said that ? Is it possible ?
