[Resolved]  Bajaj Electrical Ltd — Return of the material which is not as per order as well as refund the amount

I am Bhaswati Ghosh from Belghoria, Kolkata - 700056. I have Submitted a order for Cooking Buddy ( Induction Cooker ) as on 28.12.2015. vide order no. BEL001B0217672 and today I have received an another material that is " Bajaj Popular Ultra Induction Cooker" . I can't understand as a reputed concern like you without prior information how can it be done? Now I can't depend on you for changing the material. It is a legal offence. I like to return the product immediately as well as to get back my amount immediately.
