Bajaj Life Insurance — extra payment (premium) not giving back

Two times premium paid for my policy in january months. I didn't get acknowledgement of the auto debited amount so i done manual payment for my policy, so two times payment maid for january months, now i am taking contineous follow up from last two months, i given two times evidence also and the team of bajaj given commitment that it will revert within 24 hrs. But still the issue is not resolved. 7-8 times i called to customer support and kept mail also but no response from the team only commitment.
