[Resolved]  Bajaj Life Insurance — Claim not passed

Respected Sir,
My name is Manish. My uncle was a diabetic patient and he purchased 2 policies,but unfortunately he is no more. He bought 1st policy fo 1 lakh in 2004 which is already passed by company.
But the other one was of 700,000 purchased in 2010 which is not passed by company. They are complaining that he was a diabetic patient so we cant pass the claim.
My questions are, how did they pass the previous policy?? what were they doing when we were paying premium?? where were they at the time of medical test?? My uncle was diabetic patient since 1995. So how did they allow my uncle to buy 1lakh policy and pass the claim and how they cannot pass this claim as both the policies are same??
We are already broke in debt. I need your kind support to give me justice and save us from such fraud.
