Two times premium paid for my policy in january months. I didn't get acknowledgement of the auto debited amount so i done manual payment for my policy, so two times payment maid for january months, now i am taking contineous follow up from last two months, i given two times evidence also and the team of bajaj given commitment that it will revert within 24 hrs. Sir I have taken policy bearing # [protected] in 2008 term 26 through ICC Code [protected] Team Life Care Co. India Ltd and as per their statements I have made payments for three years and later stopped. I even did not withdrawn the amount nor paid any premiums further. As per the statment it was stated that after completion of 3 years lock in period still the policy will be live and need not bother about the rist. Please let me know the status...

My name is Manish. My uncle was a diabetic patient and he purchased 2 policies,but unfortunately he is no more. He bought 1st policy fo 1 lakh in 2004 which is already passed by company.
But the other one was of 700,000 purchased in 2010 which is not passed by company. They are complaining that he was a diabetic patient so we cant pass the claim.
My questions are, how did they pass the previous policy??...
