Ashishi shukla (Mobile no. – [protected] & [protected]) is prop of balaji biomatric he has registered his company as supplier o[censored]id kit (Aadhar card kit) at india mart website. He has mentioned office address as 2nd floor mansarover complex habib ganj near habib ganj railway station. Any person any part of india when search his requirement at india mart then india mart provide his suppliers list and phone numbers. When any person search uid kit at india mart then almost cases india mart provide mr. Ashish shukla phone number. On dated 23/12/2016 i have also search uid kit at india mart then india mart provide me ashish shukla and other supplier address & phone number. I have call so many supplier and takes uid kit price. Ashish shukla give me lowest price as rs. 35000/- per uid kit then i have order 2 uid kit. After that –
1. On dated 28/12/2016 ashish shukla demand me as advance rs. 60000/- and balance rs. 10000/- after uid kit delivery.
2. On dated 28/12/2016 with online transaction ref. No. - rem[protected], rem[protected] & rem[protected] i have transfer rs. 60000/- his sbi sv ac. No. – [protected] ifsc code sbin0030394 bank situated at subhash chowk, j. S. Complex near jai hind takees, balaghat m. P. As per sbi account record his residence address mentioned as – ward no. – 1, pump house gali balaghat m. P.
3. After receiving rs. 60000/- ashish shukla send me fast & fast courier slip via whatsapp & insure me that uid kit will reach with us within 30/12/2016.
4. 31/12/2016 to 04/01/2017 ashish shukla daily told me a new problems at last on 05/01/2016 i told him plz return my money then he says ok i will transfer these amount in your bank tomarrow 06/01/2017 before 11.00 am and he takes my bank account no.
5. After that when i make so many calls in [protected] & [protected] then he pick my phone & says that some time he is in asam, some time guwahat, some time muraina when i force him for returning my amount then refuse to retuned payment.
6. After that when i call him for payment he giving me threading that by help of bumb blast he will clean my hole area & so many innocent people will be die. I have cheated so many people they can not do any thing.
7. After that when i search internet then i found so many peoples has lodge complained against mr. Ashish shukla. He has taken a big amount by his different-different account and never returned it.
Pyayer – as per telephonic discussion i think that ashish shukla is involve terrorist activity. He is a terrorist. Sir i request to you please take legal action against him & returned my amount.
