Last week there was an offer that after shopping of 4000rs, we will get 2000rs coupen. And in the next week the 2000rs coupen can be redeem. And we shopped for 3600rs and then they forcefully sent us back to shop for more 400rs to complete 4000. After that they just mentioned 2000 free gift voucher on the receipt and told us that we can come next week to redeem this voucher. And when we went again to the mall to redeem that gift voucher. They rudely said us that we were supposed to collect an voucher from somewhere else. They should have said this before.
They did not even talk to us properly. Atleast they should have told us properly everything. Some action should be taken against them.
