Bangalore Central Mall Bellandur — Store has not refunded my money

I have done the shopping from this mall and i have made payment from googlepay but after generating bill it shows time out but the amount has been deducted from my account and store guy told me it'll be refunded in 48 hours after 48 hrs I called to this guy again that i didn't get my money then he said to call gPay team, i called to gPay team bt team said to tell to central support team to give the request for refund then i have email/call to central customer care till two months but everytime they said they have escalated my requst further but there was no response now i called to store guy again after 4 months for asking his manager number but the guy has blocked me then i called to customer care again now after 4 months these people are saying me that they dont handle offline payment issues and gave me bellandur support number which is going unreachable.
