I have done the shopping from this mall and i have made payment from googlepay but after generating bill it shows time out but the amount has been deducted from my account and store guy told me it'll be refunded in 48 hours after 48 hrs I called to this guy again that i didn't get my money then he said to call gPay team, i called to gPay team bt team said to tell to central support team to give the request for refund then i have email/call...

Last week there was an offer that after shopping of 4000rs, we will get 2000rs coupen. And in the next week the 2000rs coupen can be redeem. And we shopped for 3600rs and then they forcefully sent us back to shop for more 400rs to complete 4000. After that they just mentioned 2000 free gift voucher on the receipt and told us that we can come next week to redeem this voucher. And when we went again to the mall to redeem that gift voucher....

The Behavior of Staff at Bangalore Central Belladur at Shopping floor including Manager Mr. Reddy was i pathetic & intolerable. they dont know how to treat customer. they Misbehaved and harass me when i was changing cloths in trial room also i saw them laughing and cracking jokes on customers in mail section.
