IDBI Bank — withdrawl of rs.25000 | |||
Myself Dilip Jadhav (A/c. No. [protected]) withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000/- from Indraprasth Tower ATM lndore. on 01/11/2015 at 12.30 pm. After that I have received 2 messages of withdrawal one is for 5000/- and other is for 25000/- which I did not withdraw. Though message written on the machine that withdraw cannot be made more than Rs. 10, 000. I had made contact with customer care toll free no. and shared all the information with the representative. They told me to call after an hour as there was some technical error exists due to which the complaint could not register. I tried twice yesterday and today morning also but still the reply is same. However my complaint was booked after giving an application to Pithampur branch vide no. AT[protected] and I have got a message of successful transaction done . (Enclosed SG report for reference ) The question raised in my mind is if I inserted the card in First machine and then take it out without any transaction and then inserted the card in second machine and withdraw an amount of Rs.5000/- and just after 1 minute Rs. 25000/- withdraw from the first ATM where did I put my card first . Is this possible to log- in in two machine at the same time and do the transaction ? Is this not the duty of watchman not to allow any unwanted person inside the ATM cabin . Shouldn’t the first transaction got automatically cancelled if other login against the same card is happening at the same time ? All these points put a question mark on your security system and the customer being imposed like this . In just want to see the camera footage to know actually what was happened . For this i was advised by Bank representative to get it done through FIR . I have done the FIR in police also on the advice of Bank representative but nothing has happened even after so many follow ups . Now Police is saying that the footage are getting delayed from the Bank personnel . I have also made enquiry through my source to see the ATM footage, but I was told that this is on chargeable basis and I have to pay around Rs. 2500/- for this . This is something strange that even I was cheated though I have to pay to see what has actually happened . At least Bank should help me in getting the footage . But their response in this regard is very poor . They are holding responsible Police for this Police are holding responsible Bank for this .None of these agencies are trying to put the effort to trace the crime and get it stopped . This is something wrong with the system due to which I have lost my money ( Rs.25000/-) . Hence I look forward to do the needful and to reimburse or credit the amount to my account which I did not withdraw.
