Bank Bazaar — amazon gift voucher of 750 rs not received after credit card approval.

I applied for hsbc credit card through bank bazaar.com. They have an offer to get 750rs. Amazon voucher after successful approval of credit card application till 15th feb 2018. Hsbc has approved my credit card application and i have received credit card also. But i have not received any amazon voucher. They are also not replying to the mails or requests from phone. Hi, I, INAYATHULLA applied for indusind Bank credit card through Bank Bazaar and I got the card. But as promised I didn't got Amazon voucher. I've Called many times to bank bazaar customer service people. But no use. For the reference I've attached the message from indusind Bank. Please help me asap.
