Bank Of India — not releasing commuted pension | |||||
My relative is getting harassed by one of your branch manager from kable branch, rasulpur. Your branch manager name biswajit banerjee. Why i have to suffer everyday? Do i have to go to consumer forum?? I have commuted my pension in the year 2003. Now bank manager is saying he is not capable to do that? What kind of excuse is this? Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 28, 2018 Updated by Mainak Nandi Now railway is saying that they have informed bank about commuted pension. Bank has done a mistake to deduct that money now ₹47000 they have given by mistake. Why tve customer have to suffer to bank’s negligence for so many years. I need a clear justification. Bank must not force me for repayment. Its bank’s fault and they have to repay for their fault | |||||
