[Resolved] Bata India — not refund my amount rs.749/- | |||||
I have ordered two womens sandals and those are delivered (With cash on delivery) to me with old stock, so i have returned on 24-aug-2017 and on 25-aug-2017 day delivered to return store via bluedart tracking id's: (I have added photos) and they are not refunding rs.749/- my amount to my account. My bata order id:[protected]I have added photos). I am calling every day to customer care no.[protected] but they are telling wait for some time. So please resolve my problem asap sir. .I bought a shoe from 9 cir. Garden reach road kidderpur, kolkata700023. The staffs of this store is very much badly behaved.
