Belkin — Denying for warranty

I had buy an belkin combo wired keyboard and mouse but suddenly my key partial not working. For that i had send an email for claiming the warranty so they said for vat tin no proforma invoice. I visited the retailer and explain them the issue so they provide tax invoice with vat tin no. Now belkin service team making issue as i had issue 2 invoice for 1 product while the proforma and tax invoice is printed on same date and for the same product. Let me know why they are not providing me warranty while proforma invoice is not for the accounts and people using its as a delivery chalan.
