[Resolved] Belkin — Pathetic Service Quality | |||
THe router that I bought went bad and stopped functioning within two months of purchase. I have been waiting for a replacement product since the 10th of January. And the people at the customer service center have absolutely no idea of when my replacement router will be available. Is this what I get for trusting and American brand over a local brand. Speaking with other users and friends I found out most of them have the same experience with Belking and most of them have moved to other Indian Brands. I have spent nearly Rs.6000 on a router and dont expect to keep waiting for a month or more just to receive a replacement because the company doesnt have the resources to keep safety stock for replacement even after knowing the fact that their products are faulty. God knows how these stupid corporate heads are running the business. I am guessing iBall and other indian companies are much better in terms of their products and the service level. Do not trust this Brand at all...its a waste of money and time. Didnt expect this level of service from Belkin. Terrific job in terms on customer service level. Hope atleast you know that you actually have a customer base in India or maybe you are completely unaware about it!!!
BELKIN — MOUSE NOT WORKING PROPERLY
I stay at Bellandur gate, at Bangalore. I bought a Belkin Mouse ( model = F5L030) . And it stopped working immediately. I took it to service centre, and they promptly replaced it. After using it for a week, the wheel got broken. Again i took it to the service centre. Again they replaced it.Now, it has entirely stopped working. The batteries are new, there are no other issues.
