I had buy an belkin combo wired keyboard and mouse but suddenly my key partial not working. For that i had send an email for claiming the warranty so they said for vat tin no proforma invoice. I visited the retailer and explain them the issue so they provide tax invoice with vat tin no. Now belkin service team making issue as i had issue 2 invoice for 1 product while the proforma and tax invoice is printed on same date and for the same product....

Had purchased a belkin router and it went bad. They assured replacement. But do not have their center in the city or even in india, it is all the way in gurgoan. The useless people want to test it again by making me do all the trouble shooting activities and then send the router . I am wondering if i get replacement. It is not worth it to buy their products...

I purchased a 8 socket Surge Protector through Flipkart 90+ days ago. The product IS SUPPOSE to have lifetime warranty. I experienced a hardware problem in the device, so called up customer care to get it fixed. After several tries, i could connect to them, but after I described the problem, they abruptly disconnected the call. I thought that Belkin is on the best companies in the category of electrical and electronics appliances, but...

I haven't yet received my refund for my Belkin device. They keep postponing the matter. Its almost 2 months now. I have already submitted my device to them. It now appears they don't want to refund me the money after promising me before. I have called them for 50 times now, but they don't care to refund the money.

I brought a Wireless mouse from www.flipkart.com of belkin company model is M450, my mouse stopped working after 3 months i had a 3years warranty so i thought lets give it for rma, they told me it will take 14 business days max but it took 2 months and after that they told me that they stopped manufacturing my mouse so they will give me my refund of RS 1199/- i was so angry they kept me waiting 2 months after that they said they cant give...
