I had ordered shawls with order number 994337 (costing Rs. 1200.00). The quality of the product was not good hence, I courier the product to their warehouse (the address was mentioned on the package, Plot no.6 k no. 1729/512 MIN, 1, 4 Fatehpur Beri Near PNB Bank, Delhi-74). The DTDC dept. charged me rs.360.00 for the courier (ref number Z7752998).

The Best dealtv executives promised me that I will get the check within one month. However, I have still not received the check. Now the customer care number is also not working.

I have called so many times to the packing department and every time they routed my call to IVR and my calls running for more than hour every time. They have wasted my precious time as well as money. As compensation now I want the Rs. 1, 50, 000.00 from these fraud channel. This helps victims like me.
