Refund of Rs 1399 for which I bought two jogger’s which was returned back due to poor fitting, still not recieved order no: 2450364...

I ordered 2 times from beyoung 2 items each order. I did not like the quality. I requested so many times for return, but somehow someone replied and I returned their products on 2nd Marcb. But it has been 2 days that my amount has not been refunded.
I want to have my money back. I have attached order snips....

I ordered 2 items from beyoung.in and got delivered. But I did not like the quality of the product, so I requested for return on beyoung help section. But there was no response. They want us to keep it.
I want these product to be returned and want my money back....

I ordered two joggers from beyoung, and returned on the same day because they were not fit.
I haven't recieved any refund and it's been more than ten days....

It has been mentioned in their return policy that the purchased item can be returned within 15 days but there is no mechanism provided on their app or site to return the purchased products. No one is available from the customer care to answers in the customer chat for the raised ticket and when we go back the ticket gets closed automatically.

They have not mentioned the customer care number in their app or site anywhere....

I have ordered the pyjamas from the beyoung but there is a size stitching and quality problem ... so i requested him for the refund ...but they are wasting my time ......

I had Ordered a cargos form there website on site the product looked good fitting and quality also looked good on the website, but upon receving the product i noticed it was very different quality was bad to even fitting was not good so i returned the product and asked for refund its been 10 days now there is no refund they said it will take 7 days but no update upon asking again they said it will take 2 days but no refund yet also there...

I bought 4 shirts from BeYoung.in on september 26, 2022.
I received delivery on October 3, 2022.
The shirts didn't fit me so i requested a refund.
And the package was picked by courier agent on October 5, 2022.
After almost 5-6 of no update i contacted customer support and they told me they have received the package and will process my refund by my preferred mode of payment within 5-6 days.
And again within...

I want to cancel the product why means i am not interested to buy t shirts now...

On 2nd September I ordered from this website beyoung.in, pick any 3 T-shirts for 1299. (ORDER 1914361) which was prepaid in full amount.
Expected delivery was 7th which was late and was supposed to be delivered on 8th September.
But the delivery man didn’t even call me and returned my product saying I was not present to receive the parcel.

Then I rescheduled delivery which was expected on 11th September but...

I ordered 2 product from beyoung website but I get poor quality product from beyoung please provide me refund for this order as soon as possible...

My product order ID 1699919 is not yet delivered but I have received a mail as delivered either return my money or deliver the product. It's a frustrating experience shall never shop from website again....

It all started in April 2022, i have ordered Tshirt and shirt and due to size issue, I have asked for return process the same on April 20th...They did not provide the return as they told you may send it to us we will repay...iI have couriered Order 1456432 through DTDC and asked to initiate the payment. they confirmed that they received the product.
