I've ordered 3 plain men joggers in combo- Black, Grey and Sage Green but I've received only two joggers- Black and Grey and the Sage Green jogger is missing so please solve it fast...

I have ordered products worth 1746 . Delivery was so late it take almost 10 days. After receiving the products I tried but there was fitting issue and Quality was no up to mark so I decided to return. I contact them through chat and told me that they will call me but it's been more then 13 hours no one call me and now they don't even chat also.. please look after the matter...

I ordered 3 products worth 1746/-.. delivery was so late it takes 11 days almost.. after receiving the product there was fitting problem and also I don't like tha quantity.. so I want to return the product.. I contact them following all protocols.. it's been 24 hours and no one called me from the company.. now even no one is there to chat with me .. please help me...

your pickup is already reached but refund not received
not any person to attend not any number
you guys such a fraud..i will complain in cusumer court and then you will understand
really disgusting...

I ordered a combo tshirt (1099/-)
One oversized tshirt (549/-)
And one denim shirt (998/-)

The order was delivered on 17 April 2023
And the products quality were not good.
So I returned all the products within 24hr

(followed all terms and conditions took photos and videos of product while returning to the delivery boy)

Today is 27 April no...

On 12 April 20023. I ordered one combo tshirt (1099/-)
One oversized tshirt (549/-)

17 April 20203 all the products was delivered.
And product quality was not good at all so I returned the products.

I returned those items in 24hr.
And my refund is not being interested yet.
Every time fake promises was given (2-3 days refund will be interested)br...

I ordered 3 cargo joggers form this website (Order number 2715861) on 19th april 2023 of medium size. However the length of them is a bit small. So I have been trying to exchange them but there is no response and no agent is respoding. There policy clearly states that I can exchangge or return them within 15 days and I am trying to exchange them on same day of delivery(24th April, 2023)....

I had to cancel the order just 2 hours after I placed the order due to some reasons. The item has even not left the warehouse still the refund will take 8-9 working days ? Even IRCTC provides refund in 2-3 days. Also their agents are not present all the time neither they can handle costomers. Worst experience at all....

I have ordered a pair of joggers for beyoung. Order no is 2731344. I tried a lot of ways to cancel the order and get a refund but there is no response from their side. Neither their agents are available to talk and sort things....

My refund not recieved in my account...

I complain a lot of times but they show them resolved always but my matter is not resolved yet..they are misusing the platform and doing FRAUD against customer
suggest all my known not using this sites

at every platform i suggest people to unfollow beyoung and not order...

Not picking products for return as i contact them a lot of times and not initiated my refund
irresponsive and not satisfactory service...

I tried contacting the support through different platforms available by the company but haven't received any updates on the same...

I contacted support more than 10 times on app and I recieved the call but no one was speaking and when I called back the same number no one is picking it up and disconnecting it. I also have the call recordings and I also tried mailing and tweeting but haven't received any support yet...

I have ordered from beyoung on 5th of april.The delievery date is getting delayed continuosly.The order hasn't been shipped yet....

I have returned the order as the size was quite large and product quality was poor. When I try return from app. I start help chat Then one girl called me saying I am calling from beyoung.You want to return the product. I said yes.Then she said okay we have initiated the return request.
Then they received the product but didn't initiated the return amount. They are also not picking the call not responding on app....

This company is fraud and taken return and not refunded Order Id #2544867 it's been more than 10 days.NO RETURN PICK UP NO REFUND I WANT TO FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST COMPANY AND THEIR DIRECTOR

Is this company fraud?? Should I file legal case so others do ot fall prey to such situations...

Courier company is not taking return as beyoung company is not sending return label.its been more than 2 days.After getting calls also no one has taken trousers back and refund not initiated.
