The Bhanzu team confirmed via email that my refund request has been approved, and informed me that the Finance team would share complete details within 72 working hours, including refund amount and processing.
However, it has now been over 5 days since the approval email, and I have not received any further communication or refund confirmation. This is despite their clearly stated timeline.
