Bharat Booking Holidays — Whole tour from Delhi to Nainital

On April 14, our bus was Delhi to Nainital, Kashmiri gate se night at 10.45PM, but the time change and the place also changed (venue akshardham metro station and time 12.30 AM) .. as soon as we reached nainital. Earlier our hotel was booked in hotel vikrant (near by Mall Road) but changed in dynasty resort that too 12km away from nainital. The cab driver who was there refused to take him to the resort. We reached the resort on 15th April at 12 PM but did not even come there to take the cab. whole day was spoiled. I want my refund back which wasted my day... Otherwise i complaint higher level
