I have proceeded to recharge my Videocon setup box (ID no.[protected], VC No. [protected]) amounting Rs 270/- on dated[protected] at 18:56 transaction ID [protected]IGAKVOSIY4 though Internet Banking, from my SBI A/C No. [protected]. Amount was deducted from my Bank account, but setup box could not recharged. Upon making complaint to Videocon, they replied that no any amount was received by them.
Amount Rs. 270/- is deducted but not received by Videocon (as stated) and the amount is not refunded till date.
In any case, if payment could not finally made to Videocon, then amount deducted must be refunded, which is not refunded till date.
