Recharge my Videocon setup box

I have proceeded to recharge my Videocon setup box (ID no.[protected], VC No. [protected]) amounting Rs 270/- on dated[protected] at 18:56 transaction ID [protected]IGAKVOSIY4 though Internet Banking, from my SBI A/C No. [protected]. Amount was deducted from my Bank account, but setup box could not recharged. Upon making complaint to Videocon, they replied that no any amount was received by them.

Regarding recharge issues

Dear Sir I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id :[protected] for Rs.191 and amount has been deducted from my state bank of India account . I have recharged through SBI netbanking. Still the recharge is not done from d2h side. I did this recharge on 13/03/2021 between 11:00am to 11:30am. Kindly do the needful....

Amount debit of Rs.300 but d2h not recharge

Dear sir/madam i had try to recharge my d2h account account on 07/12/2020 at 9:26 pm from your https://www.d2h.com/recharge/recharge-details . the txn is done from my SBI Net banking of Rs.300. my Customer id : 80337561 name : suraj mehto. My amount is debited from my account but my d2h was not recharge. then i had a word with Videocon d2h customer care they told me wait 36 hours it will be automatically refunded. but still today is 9 dec....

videocon d2h recharge problem

Dear Sir, i have received an SMS regarding Flat 30% Cashback offer on recharge of Rs. 1503/- of Videcon D2H on 27/12/2019 through my on line SBI INTERNET-BANKING. same amount has been deducted from account but not getting recharged.
