Bharat Business Channel Ltd — Regarding recharge issues

Dear Sir I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id :[protected] for Rs.191 and amount has been deducted from my state bank of India account . I have recharged through SBI netbanking. Still the recharge is not done from d2h side. I did this recharge on 13/03/2021 between 11:00am to 11:30am. Kindly do the needful.
