[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — AGENCY FORCING CONSUMER TO COLLECT GAS FROM THEIR OFFICE

I have compalint against Bharat gas connection in Thakurdwara in district Moradabad.My consumer no. is 15160 .The name of the Agency is BHAVNA GAS AGENCY IN THAKURDWARA.I live in the premises of JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA and have booked gas on 18/9/2014 .My booking no. is[protected]. They are not delivering the gas and instead telling me to collect gas from their premises.I understand that it is the duty of the gas agency to deliver gas at our doorstep.In fact they are delivering the gas regularly in our premises as our school also takes gas from them.So I can't understand why they can't deliver gas in my doorstep when I am also living in the same premises. if I fail to get proper service from BHAVNA GAS AGENCY then I will be forced to cancel my gas connection and transfer it to Indane .
