Bharat Gas — subsidy denied or subsidy not yet credited

I am Anish, My bharath gas consumer no 6472, i have subscribed gas cylinder from Bharath gas, Edappally, Ernakulam. . Initially my bank account held with Canara bank and recently my bank account with Punjab national bank . my repeated visit and enquiry with gas agency, whom have said changing bank account not possible so your subsidy denied I seek your immediate attention to credit my subsidy at the earliest.
