Bharat Matrimony — Fraud has been done by Bharat matrimonial. Please refund my money back.

I visited Bharat matrimony website and also their app on dated[protected] And next day Mrs Arpita contact me from Bharat matrimonial to take subscribtion . I said that I cannot take subscribtion because I am finding bride for my brother in same cast ( that is Bairwa cast )in Tonk district Rajasthan State. And I was not subscribing because after subscribed if i found only few matches of Bairwa cast in Tonk then my money went to Waste. But Mrs Arpita said that there are 2000 matches of Bairwa cast. I said please confirm that they all are matches in Tonk district. She said Yes. Again 2-3 times I asked to Mrs Arpita to confirm that what she was saying for 2000 matches of Bairwa cast in Tonk district.
She Again reply yes and said me for take subscribtion. After listening 2000 matches of Bairwa cast in Tonk district I subscribed of amount 2596/- but after subscribed I found only 3-4 matches . I wait for 3-4 days but after 3-4 same result I found then after 1-2 days I call to Bharat matrimony and said to talk with Mrs Arpita but A male person pick the call and said Mrs Arpita call u back. I wait but no call came. Then after 4-5 days I Again call to Bharat matrimonial And Again a male person pick the call and said Mrs Arpita call u back. But no call came back. And they are disconnecting my call Again And Again after pick the call 5 seconds.
I called Again and said that I will complain you to MD of Bharat matrimonial and consumer complaints sites also, then he says (with ego and aggressively )my name is Sonu. you complain to MD. Then he cut the call.

I request to Bharat matrimonial to refund my money and take Hard action such types of staffs who are distroying image of Bharat matrimonial.
