My brother's profile id M3550449 in bharat matrimony. We are a paid membership in chettiar matrimony. However, there was a call from the bharat matrimony marketing division by name swetha and explained the norms of the assited matrimony. I would like to inform that the services provided is not sufficient as discussed with swetha and there is very poor response from her to get back to me on any escalations.
