Bharat matrimony/ assisted matrimony

We have registered in assisted matrimony (3 month pack) for profile e3436193 and it is not even 1 month now completed. within this period our assisted matrimony has shown their true value, they are not picking our call or they by them self not calling. i have written multiple mails and no reply for it. if matrimony people feel it is tough profile and because of which they are doing zero work, then they are not fit for this job, proving with tough profiles is where is you actually get to work and once you prove with tough profiles only we will be happy and will refer you.

Now i strongly do not refer this assisted matrimony to anyone, please don't for it, it is the same case from the day we joined this assisted matrimony.

It is really bad, with lot of hope we joined, it is a life of person they are playing with, because we believed this people and did not check alliance thro other sources. it is not only about a person, the family is going through lot of pains becaus of this people.

If they are not ready to support, i want the money back within coming week, otherwise i will go for a strong action. i have all mail follow ups, the tension i took from days one in my mails for proof.
